Notice on Mutual Visa Exemption between China and Seychelles

Agreement between People's Republic of China and Republic of Seychelles on Mutual Exemption of Visa Requirement is coming into force on June 26th. According to the agreement, citizens from China holding valid passports of China, and citizens of Seychelles holding valid passports of Seychelles, shall be exempted from visa requirements for entry into, exit from or transit through the territory of the other Contracting Party. Hereby Chinese Embassy in Seychelles requests your notice on the following.
 
 I.       For Citizens of Seychelles to China
Citizens of Seychelles entering China with visa exemption shall provide valid copies of Hotel order and round trip air tickets;
In case of staying over 30 days, visa issued by Chinese Embassy in Seychelles is still required;
For those who intend to study, work, reside, engage in media activities or for any other approved purposes, visa is required for entry.
 
 II.      For Chinese Citizens to Seychelles
Chinese Citizens entering Seychelles with visa exemption shall provide valid copies of Hotel order and round trip air tickets;
In case of staying over 30 days, visa on arrival is required;
Security condition is Seychelles is generally good, but thefts occur from time to time. Chinese Embassy kindly reminds tourists from China watch for property safety during the stay in Seychelles.
