From September 1^st, 2013, the Embassy will apply new Visa application form, in accordance with the newly launched Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People's Republic of China, and Entry and Exit Regulations for Foreigners, which is to be launched from September.

   Please find in the appendix below the new form, while the old form is allowed to use before October 1, 2013.
