On May 23^rd, 2013, a delegation from Inner Mongolia signed with Seychelles' Culture Department three Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), which will boost cooperation in library, dance and choir between the two sides.

    Signing on behalf of Inner Mongolia delegation, Mr. Liu Chunliang, Deputy Director of the Cultural Department in Inner Mongolia said, he believes that cultural exchanges between two sides will move onwards and go to higher levels, which will contribute to the friendship between China and Seychelles.

    Director General of Seychelles' Culture Department, Mr. Marcel Rosalie, said that since signing a cultural exchange agreement in 1984, China and Seychelles has cooperated closely .Since such cooperation is boosting in recent years, Seychelles is willing to discuss potential areas of cooperation with China.

    Both speakers attributed the achievements to support from Chinese Embassy in Seychelles, and spoke highly of the Embassy's role in cultural exchanges between China and Seychelles.

    After the signing ceremony, the two sides held a discussion session on details of cultural exchange between each specific counterpart.
